Now, finally I can tell something about the game endings (I don't plain to finish the game soon, there will be still a lot lot more content, don't worry.) Amount of endings - 8:

Ending 1 - Scott ending. (good) / main ending
Ending 2 - Heather/Chad ending. (good) / main ending
Ending 3 - Scott alternative ending. (bad) / main ending
Ending 4 - Heather/Chad alternative ending (bad) / main ending

Ending 5 - Zoe/Shanice ending. / alternative ending (teasers on the photos)
Ending 6 - Sharon ending. / alternative ending
Ending 7 - Kayla ending. / alternative ending
Ending 8 - Karen ending. / alternative ending.

Every ending will have its own epilogue and extra sex scenes at the ending sequence as a reward to reach every one of them.
